How it works

See how Scout works in 25 seconds.

Then, every Monday, a brief sums up what every competitor posted and what changed at the venues around you. With music. The posts and handles shown are illustrative.
Why Scout

What you get every day, and what you no longer have to do.

Scout reads socials like Instagram and TikTok round the clock, so you don't have to. It tracks the outlets you compete with, the venues around you and the creators active nearby, then hands you a queue to act on.

01

Intelligence on competitors' offers & creator trends

See what competitors and the venues around you are promoting, from new items and offers to openings, and which creators and trends are catching on, without scrolling for it yourself.

02

20 items a day, or replaced

Each morning your queue holds 20 items: competitor posts, venue updates and creators worth a message. Flag one that misses and Scout replaces it from reserve until the day's target is met.

03

You approve every reply

Scout drafts in your voice. You read, edit and approve. Nothing posts automatically, and it goes out from your own account, never from a bot.

Someone has to read Instagram and TikTok every morning, keep tabs on competitors and draft the replies. It is usually a marketing executive's job, at about S$3,500 a month, or around S$49,000 a year with CPF and levy. Scout picks up that work every morning, weekends included, and the bigger plans take on the work of two, three or four people. All prices SGD, excluding GST.

Self-Serve is card-billed with a 7-day trial. Radar, Signal and Group take the funded path: no card, and no payment until your Letter of Offer.

Government funding

Up to 70% government support for eligible SMEs.

For eligible Singapore SMEs on Scout Radar, Signal or Group. Businesses that also qualify for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit may offset a further portion. Subject to eligibility and approval by the funding agency.

70%

Up to 70% of eligible costs

Eligible SMEs can offset up to 70% of eligible costs with government support. Which scheme applies, and the exact level, depends on your business. We confirm it before any quotation is issued. Support is on the pre-GST amount.

1 per category

One PSG per solution category

A company may apply for only one PSG per solution category. Once used, it cannot be used again in that category. PSG used on a point-of-sale or accounting system is a different category, so this slot may still be open.

S$0 upfront

Paid only after your Letter of Offer

No payment is taken until your Letter of Offer is issued. That is a condition of the grant and it protects you: a payment made beforehand can disqualify the application.

  1. Consultation and needs analysisWe look at your outlets, your competitors and what you want from the weekly brief.
  2. Quotation issuedAgainst the pre-scoped package for the tier that fits. No deposit.
  3. You submit the applicationYour business applies on the scheme's portal, for PSG the Business Grants Portal with Corppass. We supply what the form needs.
  4. Letter of Offer issued and acceptedThe funding agency decides. Approval typically takes four to six weeks.
  5. Project confirmed and launchedSetup starts and payment is made. Not a day earlier.
  6. Claim submitted after deploymentOnce the minimum deployment period is met, you claim the supported amount back.

Government grants are reimbursement-based. After your Letter of Offer you pay the full invoice, then claim the supported amount back after a minimum deployment period. Approval typically takes four to six weeks from submission. Plan the cash flow with that shape in mind; we walk through it on the call.

Check if you qualify

Five questions. Nothing is stored or sent. The funding agency makes the final decision on every application.

1. Is your business registered and operating in Singapore?
2. Is at least 30% of the business held by Singaporeans or Permanent Residents?
3. Does your group have annual sales of S$100 million or less, or 200 employees or fewer?
4. Have you already used PSG for a solution in the same category as Scout?PSG used on a different category, such as a point-of-sale or accounting system, does not count against you.
5. Have you already paid for, or signed a contract for, Scout?A payment or contract before your Letter of Offer can disqualify an application.

Questions

The questions a careful buyer asks.

Government support5 questions
Who qualifies for government support?

Most schemes require a business registered and operating in Singapore, with at least 30% local shareholding, and with group annual sales of S$100 million or less or 200 employees or fewer. The solution must be used in Singapore. The funding agency makes the final decision on every application.

Which scheme applies, and how much does it cover?

It depends on your business. Eligible SMEs can offset up to 70% of eligible costs, and businesses that also qualify for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit may offset a further portion. We confirm the scheme and the exact support level with you before any quotation is issued.

How long does approval take?

Typically four to six weeks from submission. We do not issue an invoice or take any payment until your Letter of Offer arrives.

What happens if my application is rejected?

Nothing is owed. No payment has been made and no contract has started. We go through the reason with you. Some rejections can be resolved and resubmitted. If not, Scout Self-Serve is available without any eligibility requirement.

Can I apply for PSG again in the same category?

No. A company may use PSG once per solution category. A grant used on a different category, such as a point-of-sale or accounting system, does not affect this one.

Pricing and renewal3 questions
Why is Scout not priced like other AI tools?

Because it is priced against the work, not the software. Reading Instagram and TikTok every morning, tracking every competitor and venue, and drafting replies is a marketing executive's job, and one hire at S$3,500 a month costs about S$49,000 a year with employer CPF and levy, before any bonus. Scout Self-Serve covers that role for S$2,997 a year, a saving of about 94%. Radar, Signal and Group cover two, three and four roles, each costed at its own market rate, and save 88% to 90% in the first year and about 95% from the second.

What happens at renewal?

The grant supports your first-year package. From the second year, Radar renews at S$6,000, Signal at S$9,000 and Group at S$12,000 a year, excluding GST. We confirm renewal with you in a conversation before anything is billed.

Does the grant cover GST?

No. Government support covers a share of the pre-GST cost. You pay GST on the full invoice. All prices on this page exclude GST.

The trial and your data3 questions
How does the trial work?

Scout Self-Serve comes with a 7-day trial. A card is required at signup. On day 7 the trial ends and your card is charged S$297, excluding GST, then monthly until you cancel. You get a reminder on day 5. Cancel from Billing in Scout in one step. One trial per registered business. Radar, Signal and Group do not have a trial, because a payment taken before your Letter of Offer can void a grant.

I started a trial. Can I still apply for government support?

Tell us before your trial ends and we will pause billing so no payment is made. We cannot take payment before your Letter of Offer is issued, and a payment made beforehand can disqualify your application.

What is my data used for?

Scout reads public posts on Instagram and TikTok that match the competitors, venues and creators on your list, and uses them to build your queue and digests. Your brand voice, drafts and account details are kept within your organisation's workspace in Scout. Ask us for our data handling statement before you sign.
