Competitors and venues appear as new outlets open. A cap would mean you could not track the shop that opened last week. Radar, Signal, Group and Enterprise have no cap on the outlets and venues you follow.
Twelve monthly payments of S$297 come to S$3,564. The annual plan is S$2,997, so paying yearly saves S$567. Switch inside Scout after your first month.
Radar, Signal and Group are billed only after your Letter of Offer if you take the funded path. Enterprise is scoped and quoted on a call.
For eligible Singapore SMEs on Scout Radar, Signal or Group. Businesses that also qualify for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit may offset a further portion. Subject to eligibility and approval by the funding agency.
Eligible SMEs can offset up to 70% of eligible costs with government support. Which scheme applies, and the exact level, depends on your business. We confirm it before any quotation is issued. Support is on the pre-GST amount.
A company may apply for only one PSG per solution category. Once used, it cannot be used again in that category. PSG used on a point-of-sale or accounting system is a different category, so this slot may still be open.
No payment is taken until your Letter of Offer is issued. That is a condition of the grant and it protects you: a payment made beforehand can disqualify the application.
Government grants are reimbursement-based. After your Letter of Offer you pay the full invoice, then claim the supported amount back after a minimum deployment period. Approval typically takes four to six weeks from submission. Plan the cash flow with that shape in mind; we walk through it on the call.

The grant supports your first-year package. From the second year, Radar renews at S$6,000, Signal at S$9,000 and Group at S$12,000 a year, excluding GST. We confirm renewal with you in a conversation before anything is billed.
Scout reads public posts on Instagram and TikTok that match the competitors, venues and creators on your list, and uses them to build your queue and digests. Your brand voice, drafts and account details are kept within your organisation's workspace in Scout. Ask us for our data handling statement before you sign.
Scout Self-Serve comes with a 7-day trial. A card is required at signup. On day 7 the trial ends and your card is charged S$297, excluding GST, then monthly until you cancel. You get a reminder on day 5. Cancel from Billing in Scout in one step. One trial per registered business. Radar, Signal and Group do not have a trial, because a payment taken before your Letter of Offer can void a grant.
